Kids: ages 6-10 & Juniors: ages 11-15
White Belts - As a beginner, students learn basic kicks, strikes, blocks and forms. Mentally, they are working on self-control and imporved concentration.
Color Belts - Students now have the basic skills needed to begin learning tae Kwon Do. Their skill level increases as new techniques are introduced through a bekt ranking system. One muct achieve the required skills and knowledge required for each rank before promotion to next level. Through martial arts, students learn the skills of self-defense while building their personal character, respect for others and responsibility to their family and community.
