Certified Instructor, Hedy Kamai, offers Yang style Tai Chi for health. Hedy studied the Cheng Man-Ch’ing variation with Peaceable Dragon. She attended Tai Chi and Qigong workshops with Master Helen Wu and Master Li Jun Feng. Hedy is a 3rd degree black belt holder in Tae Kwon Do. Some years ago, she decided to switch to a gentler form of the Martial Arts.
Enjoy her senior class on Wednesday mornings from 10-11am or relax into the weekend with her Friday evening class from 7-8pm.
Cost: $130.00 for 10 1-hour classes
Dress code: loose fitting clothes with socks or bare feet.
