Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise that uses slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation of both body and mind.
We offer Yang style Tai Chi for Health. Our Instructor, Hedi Kamai, studied the Cheng Man-Ch’ing variation with Peaceable Dragon. She attended Tai Chi and Qigong workshops with Master Helen Wu and Master Li Junfeng.
After many years of Tae Kwon Do, Hedi decided to continue with a gentler form of the Martial Arts. Stop by before class to talk to her or jump right in.
